When thinking about the most important things and goals in life, three main points always come up: health, family and happiness. But how can one achieve all of them, or at least some of them?
Well, both family and health are points that are hard to manipulate as they don’t always only depend on you. Happiness on the other hand is purely psychological and you are in control of it.
Today, we are going to analyze, discuss and find the path to an unlimited happiness. To get to your goal, you might want to figure out where you stand at the moment. To figure that out, you should ask yourself a couple of simple but crucial questions: How happy are you? What do you really want? Does your happiness depend on someone or something?
The reason behind these questions is simple; it permits you to reflect on your current situation not only in your personal life, but also in your romantic relationship or friendship. To actually change something in your life, you have to be aware of yourself, your potential mistakes and have the actual desire to change your current attitude.
Once you’ve established that, you can proceed with the following steps to reach unlimited happiness one step at a time:
I. BE NICER
This is a crucial step on your journey to infinite happiness, being nice is not always easy; nevertheless, you should always try your hardest to be nice. Being nice to people that surround you, will reflect on your mood and your attitude, which will automatically shift to positive. Not only that, but also your surroundings will become friendlier. In addition, you should always and only surround yourself with positive, supportive and loving people. Get rid of anything and anyone who decides to bring you down, it is not worth it. Let go of all negativity in your life and celebrate positive vibes!
II. BODY AND SOUL
Take care of your body and it will take care of your soul. Health should always be your priority, because it keeps you alive and permits your body to function properly, allowing you to live and enjoy life to the fullest. Also, a happy and healthy body will reflect on your psychological health and your mood and attitude in general.
III. NO MATERIALISM
The most famous saying is probably “Money can’t buy happiness” and it is crucial to understand and apply this principle to our lives. Yes, money can buy a purse and you might be happy for a day or a week, but that happiness will fade and you will desire another one. See, this sort of happiness is temporary and will never be fully satisfied, as there are not enough purses in the world to make you happy for the rest of your life. Instead, focus and appreciate the small things in life, because that’s what really matters.
IV. POSITIVE EVERYDAY
To stay motivated to pursue this journey, you must surround yourself with positivity. Read inspiring books, articles and surround yourself with positive quotes that will always remind you, why you’re doing this. Furthermore, do something that makes you happy and that you really like. You only live once, why waste your time on a job that you hate? What exactly is the point of that?
Just remember – you are responsible of your own happiness.
