#4 Do some random acts of kindness
It’s a golden rule – give with generosity and receive with gratitude. That’s a sort of magical circle. The end of the year is perfect time to fine tune to this golden rule. Being conscious about whom you are grateful for their presence in your life is perfect way to infuse some mindfulness and magic over the holidaze, hence make it less confusing. The small actions count.
Contemplate and find out why you feel blessed by the presence of some people in your life. Not necessarily these individuals will be from your closest surrounding. Not the immediate friend, family member or colleague, but somebody at the other side of the world who also showed you a brave new world through a message or a shared movie or book. Channel your gratitude to those individuals as well.
What could possibly work as the perfect random act of kindness? Writing a real letter to your friend who lives on the other side of the world to tell them how much you miss them could be such act. These acts cost nothing and they can spur a wave of magical energy during the holiday season.
