SCORPIO: Garland (Malasana)
Open up and release the Scorpion tension by doing the Garland.
Squat with your feet together, lean your torso forward with your thighs separated a little wider than the torso. Press the elbows against the inner thighs and bring the palms together.
You can also outstretch your arms forward and swing them around the outside of your legs. Hold the backs of your ankles and remain on the pose for a minute.
