LIBRA: Boat (Navasana)
Libras always look for balance, and this is the perfect posture for that.
Sit with the knees bent and feet on the floor. Hold the back of the lower thighs, lift the sternum, and lean the torso back slightly.
Gently roll back, lifting your feet off the floor and balancing on your sit bones. Have your shins parallel to the floor or try to straighten your legs.
You can also release your hands and straighten your arms, pointing them toward your feet and parallel to the floor. Maintain the pose for a minute.
