CANCER: Standing Forward (Uttanasana)
This pose stretches your legs muscles, enhancing the sinuses and stomach.
Stand tall with your feet together, hands on your hips as it bends forward. Bring your palms to the floor in front of your feet while keeping the legs straight by not locking the knees. Slightly bend only if the floor is not within reach.
Hang down your arms and grab opposite elbows. Let your head hang down as well and maintain position for a minute.
