GEMINI: Cobra (Bjujangasana)
Challenge, change, and chatter make up the Cobra, which is the Gemini’s optimal pose that is great for the chest and back.
Start face down with the tops of your feet touching the floor. Your hands should also be on the floor next to your chest, with the elbows close to your body.
The pubic bone, legs, and feet should remain rooted into the floor. Lift your chest by pressing through your palms.
Keep your shoulders rolling back and down as you lift through your sternum, staying in the pose for 30 seconds. End by exhaling and coming down slowly.
