TAURUS: Cow (Bitilasana)

 

For Tauruses, this pose named after your sign’s image shows your slow and steady rhythm and will open up your gentle and kind nature.

Have your back in a tabletop position, with the hands and shins on the floor and your neck in a neutral position. Inhale and lift your chest and sit bones while dropping your belly to create a gentle arch in your back. Lift your head for several seconds, then exhale and move your back into the first tabletop position. Repeat 12 times.
