PISCES: Child (Balasana)
The Child pose has been said to help activate the psychic abilities of the Pisces.
Kneel on the floor with the knees together and the tops of your feet on the floor. Support your buttocks with your heels and bend forward so that the torso rests on your thighs and your forehead is on the floor.
You can then extend your arms in front of you or place them by the sides with the palms next to your feet. Stay for not more than two minutes.
Remember that your wellness does not only depend on the exercises you do because no one factor will solve all your problems. Eating right and having a positive outlookon life can also contribute to your holistic health.
