Walk until your feet are about four feet apart, outstretch your arms, and have the palms face down. Rotate your right foot 90 degrees and the left 30 degrees to the right, with your heels in the same line. Bend the knee so that the shin is perpendicular to the floor and above your right foot.
Stretch your shoulder blades and extend the arms while gazing over the top of your right fingers. Pause for a minute and do the other side.
